Most orders ship within 2 weeks. Larger orders may take longer. Shipping transit time is additional.
Do the miniatures arrive painted?
Our miniatures are supplied unpainted. Check the product description for material, assembly, and base details before ordering.
Which scale should I choose?
Choose the scale that fits your game or collection. Scale describes the model’s proportions, not the exact height of every creature or pose. Ask us if you need a specific measurement.
Can you print my STL file?
Contact us with the file, desired size, and quantity. We can review printability and provide a quote. You must have permission to have the file printed.
Are bases and every pictured model included?
Included models, quantities and bases depend on the selected option and product description. Group photos may show several available choices. Check the model/set and base options before adding to cart.
What if I need help with my order?
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. For damage or missing parts, include photos so we can help. Please review any product-specific terms in the listing before ordering.
