When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2 weeks. Larger orders may take longer. Shipping transit time is additional.

Do the miniatures arrive painted?

Our miniatures are supplied unpainted. Check the product description for material, assembly, and base details before ordering.

Which scale should I choose?

Choose the scale that fits your game or collection. Scale describes the model’s proportions, not the exact height of every creature or pose. Ask us if you need a specific measurement.

Can you print my STL file?

Contact us with the file, desired size, and quantity. We can review printability and provide a quote. You must have permission to have the file printed.
