Snapmaker opened the public beta of its Space model platform on September 21, 2026. The company reported more than 2,500 models at launch, with print profiles prepared for its U1 printer.
Models and settings in the same place
According to Snapmaker, featured designs are reviewed and test-printed before publication. The platform is available on the web and through the Snapmaker App. Its launch announcement described Snapmaker Orca integration as a forthcoming addition.
For makers, the interesting idea is reducing the gap between finding a model and understanding how it was prepared. A profile is still worth checking against your own machine and material.
A beta with a rewards system
Space also introduces creator rewards tied to qualifying print time and community rewards for contributions such as profiles and reviews. Snapmaker says points can be exchanged for store gift cards.
The company emphasizes that Space remains in beta, with features and workflows still evolving. Read the platform's current terms and each model's license before using a design.
