UniFormation is previewing the S10, a desktop resin printer designed to automate printing, washing, and drying within one machine. As of October 8, its official reservation page lists a Kickstarter launch planned for late October 2026 and an estimated delivery date of March 2027.
Connecting the steps after printing
The manufacturer describes a modular system with separate printing, washing, and drying components. Its automated wash uses two cycles with the same cleaning solution, followed by warm-air drying. A print-only mode is also listed.
Support removal and final curing remain separate tasks. UniFormation offers an optional curing module that connects to the printer and is used after removing supports. That distinction matters when assessing how much of the complete miniature-making process the S10 handles.
What we would look for in finished models
The practical question for miniature makers is how the workflow treats detailed figures across an entire build plate. Useful demonstrations would show recessed areas after washing, thin parts after handling, and the time needed to get from a completed print to a finished, cured model.
We would also compare routine cleaning and servicing requirements with the hands-on time saved. This is an announcement preview based on the manufacturer's information, rather than a PrintedByAliens hardware review.
